REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be made before the item has been shipped. If you message within 24 hours of this I can issue a refund minus the cost of shipping.
If an item is damaged or lost in transit I can issue a refund if you provide images of the packaging and damage so that I can give this as evidence to the courier.

FULFILLMENT/SHIPPING POLICY

Items are always shipped using a tracked and insured method, and you will receive a tracking code when the item has been sent.
